My Zitatsammlung gets generated from XML via PyQuotes.

PyQuotes can be accessed here. This is the GUI-frontend that allows adding quotes to the collection.
PyQuotes_parser is necessary to parse the XML and generate the HTML.
There is also a file containing keywords, mapping category-numbers to names and keywords that help categorize a quote.
